Furniture manufacturer Schildmeyer and wood-based panel producer Sonae Arauco share a common commitment to high-quality furniture, long-standing collaboration, and aligned requirements in design, functionality, and material selection. The decorative panels from the Innovus® collection used by Schildmeyer are manufactured with recycled wood and are based on wood from 100% controlled sources.

Through its partnership with Sonae Arauco, Schildmeyer relies on Decorative Panels (DP) whose material properties meet the company’s requirements for both design and application.

Focus on Material Selection

The new Emmik furniture range for hallways, bathrooms, and home offices is available through retailers including Tchibo and Otto.

With Innovus® Karlstad Oak Pale, the wood design takes center stage:

"The design conveys a sense of calm, friendliness, and warmth at the same time. It is also extremely versatile when combined with solid-color décors. What I like most is that the base tone remains consistent, allowing for a tone-on-tone appearance, while the striped pattern adds a subtle accent," explains Kemper.

This effect is further enhanced by the Flow texture. The classic texture, featuring soft cross-lines, gives the surface a distinctive character.

"It makes the surface of our furniture look very authentic, which is becoming increasingly important to the end consumer."
