About the project
Architecture and interior design can transform lives, especially in projects dedicated to improving the well-being of the elderly. Casa Badina, the new senior residence in Badalona, Barcelona (Spain), stands out as an example of this approach, offering a design that combines functionality, well-being, and a personalized focus on individual needs.
According to the team at Lita.B Architects, responsible for this project, the combination of colors and textures can transform a space. The soft and natural tones of Innovus decorative elements were fundamental in creating a welcoming environment while promoting the emotional well-being of the residents.
For this project, were selected the following decors:
Karlstad Oka Natural (M6343) stands out for its natural authenticity, striking a perfect balance between rusticity and delicacy. Applied in all spaces of this residence, it conveys a sense of comfort and warmth. The other decorative elements enrich the colour palette and add a touch of sophistication and elegance.
After the project's completion, the Lita.B Architects team expressed their satisfaction with the collaboration with Sonae Arauco. "We chose to work with Sonae Arauco for their focus on sustainability and the close attention and follow-up of the team throughout the design and execution process."
